Welcome to RojX! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of RojX's virtual controller application and website, located at RojX.io.
By accessing this website and installing the RojX mobile application or PC driver client, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use RojX if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Software License & Driver Installation
RojX distributes two main pieces of software: the mobile game controller app (iOS/Android) and the PC host driver client (Windows).
- License Grant: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the RojX software on your personal computer and smartphone for non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- Virtual Controller Driver: The Windows PC client installs a virtual bus driver (e.g., ViGEmBus or standard emulators) to inject gamepad inputs into Windows. You agree not to use these drivers to bypass online anti-cheat protocols or write malicious software overlay systems.
2. Performance, Latency & Connection Limits
RojX relies on local wireless or wired data transmission. Network conditions can vary drastically based on routers, interference, and active downloads.
We do not warrant that gameplay will be 100% lag-free or that connection drops will not occur. Users understand that optimal performance requires a 5GHz local network setup or direct USB connection. RojX is not liable for in-game losses, account bans, or software incompatibilities.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
RojX is provided "as is," with all faults, and we express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to our software or the materials contained on this website. Nothing contained on this website or within our software app shall be interpreted as advising you.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RojX, nor any of its developers or officers, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this software, whether such liability is under contract. RojX, including its officers, shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this software.
