Welcome to RojX. This policy outlines our subscription terms, the 7-day free trial period, self-service cancellation procedures, and our refund policy for all RojX virtual controller software purchases.
1. 7-Day Free Trial & Advance Reminder
All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial with full access to all premium features, so you can test performance and compatibility with zero risk. You can cancel your subscription at any time during this 7-day period without being charged. To ensure complete transparency, we send an automated reminder email 2 days before your free trial ends to notify you before any billing occurs.
2. Managing & Canceling Your Subscription
To manage or cancel your subscription, you must do so directly through the platform where you originally purchased it. Because billing is handled securely through external payment providers, RojX cannot manually cancel subscriptions on your behalf:
Microsoft Store Purchases
If you subscribed through the Microsoft Store, sign in to your Microsoft account under Services & subscriptions, locate RojX, click Manage, and select Cancel subscription.
Polar Purchases (Web & App)
If you subscribed through our website or in-app checkout via Polar (polar.sh), click the Manage Subscription link provided in your purchase receipt email or customer portal to view, manage, and Cancel Subscription at any time.
Canceling your subscription prevents any future renewals. You will retain full access to all premium features until your current billing period or trial ends.
3. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for purchases made on our platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or experience technical issues that cannot be resolved, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction.
